Greetings, friends! My name's Alexander Shen and I'm a 23 year old illustrator that currently lives in the overly protected town of San Ramon where the only crimes that are commited are compulsive money burning and parents (not mine) buying their children boats because they were able to get that 2.0 GPA in their physical education class. I like comics, cartoons, video games, movies and music. I dabble in all of those things. Work If you're interested in having me help with a project of yours, just let me know. Professional Experience I have done freelance illustrations for different international clients in both traditional and digital formats including: Comcast Spotlight, Renkoo, Play Jam Inc., Flying Bears and Wild Snake Games. I graduated UC Berkeley in 2005 with a BA in the lucrative field of Cognitive Science (emphasis in Psychology). The only thing I use the degree for at this time is to remind me, when I have nightmares, that I in fact did graduate and don't have a 45 page paper due at 11. I am currently working on Mr. Goh, a webcomic that dives into issues like giant mugs and hulahoop crosswalks. I am also working on a few other paper comics to be self published by year's end. Hopefully with this I will also be able to put together my indie comic publishing label, Wandering Panda Comics. To throw a cat into the bag, I'm also doing some musical performances throughout the east bay area (San Francisco).
